My Story,
My Journey

Over 10 years ago, as a young HR Practitioner, I would often write in my appraisal form that my aspiration was to become a life coach. Although I wasn’t entirely clear on what being a life coach entailed, one thing was certain: I wanted to guide people toward living their best lives. Fast forward to just before my 40th birthday, I felt a strong, overwhelming desire to do more and make a positive impact. I realized it was time to carve my niche, and my passion for helping others succeed became more evident than ever.

]My journey as a Life and Executive Leadership Coach began after a transformative experience with my mentor, Dr. Lanre Olusola (The Catalyst), during my life coaching training. This pivotal moment was the start of a journey with no turning back. Along the way, I identified key challenges that individuals, especially women in leadership, face — from feeling inadequate and lacking support systems to struggling with how to show up authentically, particularly in leadership roles. These challenges inspired me to create Bc-D Impact Coaching Academy, where my mission is to empower women to overcome these obstacles and step into their full leadership potential.
